CONSIGNMENT
Kathleen Paul and Fanlew Farm has been actively
selecting and purchasing young equine athletes, quality
broodmares and stallions for clients thru public auctions and
private sales for over five years as a bloodstock agent.

Commissions: Fanlew Farms will be 5% of the fall of the
hammer price. Horses that fail to meet the reserve price will
be charged a 2.5%. or a $350 min. commission. After
catalog has been printed there will be a flat fee of $350 if
the horse is sold privately. The reason this fee is applied is
for the research and time spent on your consignment.

Mandatory Equipment: Fanlew Farms is going to show
your horses at there best, and to accomplish this task we
will need the proper equipment necessary. The following
equipment is mandatory. Fanlew Farms will purchase these
items at your expense.

Approximate prices are as follows:
Sales halter with name plates $60
Stall cards $50
Sales day rate will be $75.00 per horse per day.
Night Watchman of $5 per horse per night.

Possible Miscellaneous charges: Extra cost are rare ,
however, if something is necessary Fanlew Farms will make
every effort to contact the owner before authorizing
expenditures. Some expenses that may occur are
Blacksmith, vet and medical charges and transportation.
Any of extra cost are the owners responsibility.
